Customer return due to it cutting out in flight, we have not been able to reproduce this issue but please note that we have also not extensively testes this. We suspect its due to incorrect antenna placement and the drone having rx failsafe, but please only purchase with the expectation that it could be faulty.

You are welcome to contact the manufacturer for further support, but this will be at their discretion and may require you to ship the goods directly to their factory. You will have 7 days to return the item as a change of mind return, assuming it is in the same condition you received it in (We will not refund shipping costs).
